National Earthquake Center records a tremor northwest of Lattakia

Damascus, SANA-the National Seismological Center recorded an earthquake measuring 3 degrees on the Richter scale northwest of Lattakia at 28 km.

The center stated in a statement to SANA that the tremor occurred at 8.46 am on Monday  northwest of Lattakia, at longitude 35.583 and latitude 35.721, at a depth of 5 km.
