A protest stand in Damascus to denounce crimes of Zionist occupation against Palestinian prisoners

Damascus, SANA- Palestinian resistance fractions and defense committees for Palestinian prisoners and detainees in the Zionist occupation prisons organized on Monday a protest stand in front of the Red Cross International Committee delegation headquarters in Damascus, denouncing crimes committed by the Zionist occupation against Palestinian prisoners.

In a note delivered to the International Committee of the Red Cross, the participants called for visiting all detainees, revealing their tragic conditions, saving their lives as guaranteed by the Third Geneva Convention, and putting pressure on the occupation to release the bodies of martyred prisoners, and visiting prisons where the occupation is committing repressive measures against the prisoners.

The participants stressed the need for international intervention to stop field executions against the prisoners in the occupation prisons, as since October 7, dozens of prisoners have been martyred as a result of medical negligence or field executions, such as the captive martyr Khader Adnan, the hero of the empty intestines, the martyr prisoner Walid Daqqa, the martyr of medical negligence, and Dr. Adnan Al-Barsh, head of the orthopedic department in Al-Shifa Hospital.
