President al-Assad issues decrees No. 28 to add 50% of salaries to military personnel

Damascus, SANA- President Bashar al-Assad issued Wednesday, Decree No. 28, which stipulates adding 50% to the fixed salaries for military personnel included in the provisions of the Military Service Law issued by Legislative Decree No. 18 of 2003 and its amendments.
