Syrian-Italian talks on boosting academic and cultural cooperation

Aleppo, SANA – Dr. Osama Ra’adoun, President of Aleppo University, met Saturday with Stefano Ravagnan, Italy’s Ambassador to Syria, to discuss ways of strengthening academic and cultural cooperation between the university and Italian institutions.

During their meeting at Aleppo University, the two sides explored opportunities for developing partnership between the university and Italian academic institutions.

They focused on areas such as scientific research and student exchange programs, aiming to build scientific and cultural partnerships that benefit both countries.

The Italian Ambassador’s visit to Aleppo University came as part of ongoing efforts to enhance bilateral relations between Syria and Italy, particularly in the educational and cultural spheres.
